The Importance of communication skills for engineers

My interpretation is communication is an essential skill that is valued by employers. Graduates who are more skillful in communication will have an advantage over others who are also looking for the same job as them. They will also do well in their job as good communication will help them to reduce misunderstandings and conflicts with others.
